Open SQL Managment Studio
Locate the IdExchange.UserCredentialPrintingOptions table
Right click on the IdExchange.UserCredentialPrintingOptions table and select edit top 200 rows
Add the description object
In the ID column, enter the number 1
In the CustomDataProperty Column, enter: adattribute:description
In the FormatInstructions Column, enter EMPLOYEE_AFFILIATION_LINE_1
Press the tab button to save the row
Add the initials object
In the ID column, enter the number 1
In the CustomDataProperty Column, enter: adattribute:initials
In the FormatInstructions Column, enter PHYS_CHAR_HEIGHT
Press the tab button to save the row
