Updating the IDMS Application Credential

To update the IDMS Application Credential

  1. Open IIS manager

  2. Click Application Pools

  3. Click IDMS

  4. Click Advanced Settings.

  5. Click the identity column, then press the … icon.

  6. Press the Set button

  7. Enter the service account user name and the updated password. When complete, press OK.

  8. Start the Application Pool.
