The following table lists the common errors experienced during the setup. Additionally, the table provides resolution steps.


1	When provisioning, the following error is received: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path '', line 0, position 0	This occurs because the WebApiUrl was not set correctly. To resolve this error, verify the URL is the URL of the WebAPI and not the URL of the ang. CORRECT: <add key="WebApiUrl" value="https://document.TEST.com:444/WebApi/" /> *Note that this URL is the URL of the WebAPI
2	The SAFECMS, SAFECMS_P, or CYBERARMEDPERSONVIEW cannot be accessed
