Queues
The queue report lists the number of users currently within each credentialing stage. You can see the number of Requests, Biometric Captures, Approvals, Cards Printed, and Credentials Issued. View real-time updates for printing and encoding processes.
You also have access to the Credential Stage Aging Report. The following report will list the transaction history along with the time (days) the transaction has been waiting to advance to the next step.
You can also click on the individual User Id to learn more about a particular transaction.
