Create an Issuance Official Card v2

  1. To create an Issuance Official Card

  2. Issue the credential with a PIV Authentication certificate.

  3. Go to IDMS, Administration, Click Operators

  4. Click Register a New Operator

  5. Insert the thumbprint from the PIV Authentication Certificate to the operator account
