WebQueue Connection

Login as with system administrator permissions.

Click Administration then select System Connections.

Click the + System Connection button and then select Directory from the drop down.

In the Directory Type field, select WebQueue as the Directory Type:

Then complete the remaining fields:

• Enter the friendly name for user ease

• Add the API Key for endpoint address

• Enter Endpoint Address LDAP, the URL path of the WebQueue API

  • An example path as follows:

    https://id.cyberarmed.com:9070/webqueue/rest/v1/idms/cpr

Press Add to save the WebQueue connection.

Then you can test the system connection. Go to the gear button next to the listed WebQueue connection and then select Check Connection.

You will see an update under the Health Check field showing status and timestamp of last check.
