Troubleshooting Automations

  1. Within the automation rule, verify that the CMS policy is assigned.

  2. Verify that the CMS policies have been synched with IDMS. See Synching CMS Policies with IDMS

  3. For the error “Object Reference not set to an instance of an objective”, check to make sure that a CMS policy was checked.
