The AirWatch connection for device lookup enables the IDMS to locate devices that are currently registered to a user. The IDMS will send the email address to AirWatch, and AirWatch will respond with the devices that are registered to the user.

Login to the IDMS portal with System Manager role |

Under "Administration" press "System Connections" then "+MDM connection" in top right corner. |

Complete the following information: MDM Type: AirWatch Friendly Name: A name that will identity the AirWatch MDM. DNS Name: The dns of the AirWatch instance. User Name: user name of the account with access to the MDM. Password: password of the user name with access to the MDM. Tenant ID: Company name Client ID: Passcode to the API. |
