AirWatch connection for device lookup
The AirWatch connection for device lookup enables the IDMS to locate devices that are currently registered to a user. The IDMS will send the email address to AirWatch, and AirWatch will respond with the devices that are registered to the user.

| 1 | Login to the IDMS portal with System Manager role | |
| 2 | Under "Administration" press "System Connections" then "+MDM connection" in top right corner. | |
| 3 | Complete the following information: MDM Type: AirWatch Friendly Name: A name that will identity the AirWatch MDM. DNS Name: The dns of the AirWatch instance. User Name: user name of the account with access to the MDM. Password: password of the user name with access to the MDM. Tenant ID: Company name Client ID: Passcode to the API. |
