AirWatch CA connection

When the IDMS initiates a certificate request for a device, it must know the location, how to approve/remove the device certificate, and credentials to send the instruction to the AirWatch MDM.

Configuration Settings

Friendly Name	AirWatchCa
DNS name	The DNS name of the AirWatch instance
Group ID for Derived Credential Users	The AirWatch ProfileId that defines the certificate template and CA to be installed on the device.
Tenant ID	Customer Name
Client Secret	The API client passcode
Client ID	Customer Name
Credential Policy Instruction	N/A
Certificate Authority	The friendly name of the certificate that will be signing the public key sent from the AirWatch MDM
SCEP Signer Certificate Serial Number	The serial number of the certificate that will be performing scep security transactions
User Name	AirWatch account associated with the AirWatch MDM.
Password	AirWatch account password

Assign this CA to the user's credential Type policy so it can be used in the derived credential process.
