Routing emails to a central account (instead of sending to the end user)

To send an email to a central account instead of sending to the end user

1. Authenticate to IDMS with the SystemManager role

2. Go to Administration → System Connections

3. Within the list, locate the mail server.

4. Click the gear icon and select configure system

5. Locate the “Central Email” text box and enter the email address all IDMS emails should be sent to.

   

6. Press Update to save the changes.
