Installation Approach
Objective
The goal is to describe the installation overall process so the teams can prepare and have the components in place ensure a streamlined and successful installation. The phases are:
Approach
Planning: We will discuss what is needed and what to expect for the installation. The goal is to ensure all personnel are on standby and the systems are prepared.
Test Installation: Via WebEx, we will assist with the installation in the test/development environment. This will provide a
Production installation: After conducting a site readiness review, we will assist with the installation in the production onsite.
Training: After the systems have been installed, we will perform training for credentialing activities and system administration fuctions
Support: We will describe the process to obtain assistance once the system is operational.

Action Items
Preparation assistance: Architecture and permissions review. We perform an assessment of the infrastructure to help ensure all the necessary perquisites are in place.
Test installation: We will schedule a time to perform the installation in the development environment
Onsite preparation: We will verify the perquisites are in place and the production environment is ready
Onsite installation: The system will be installed in production and credentials will be issued.
Training: We will perform training for issuance, updates, post issuance updates and system management.
